Berry, oat and walnut smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 4)
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup orange juice
2 cups low-fat natural yoghurt
2 cups frozen or fresh berries
¼ cup walnuts, roughly
chopped
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
1. If you have a jug-style blender, place all the ingredients in it and mix together until smooth.
2. If you’re using a stick blender, soak the oats in the orange juice for at least 10 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend together until smooth.
TIP: For an even quicker breakfast, put everything into a jug in the fridge the night before. Then the next day, take it out, blend it together and drink! It’s hard to think of a quicker healthier start to the day.
