I am a retired professor . After reading this, I feel that learning from the experiences of other people never stops. Thank you for this very touching experience.

sometimes, we really need to lend our ear to hear what real life means to another person. once we ignore them, the hope of releasing their feelings will fade. A listener heals. God never ignores us.

Good experience for you, young doc. It doesn't take much just to lend ears to those who wish to be heard, only time and patience. You'll be much appreciated.
