Myth:

Prawns are high in cholesterol.

THE TRUTH:

Most of the cholesterol in our blood is made by the liver from foods that are high in saturated fat – only about 25 per cent comes from foods high in cholesterol.

They also contain trace elements and minerals such as selenium, iodine and zinc.
