High-vitality milkshake

Ingredients

  • 300 ml low–fat milk, chilled
  • ¾ cup (185 g) Greek–style yogurt
  • juice of 1 large orange
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon wheatgerm

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz for a couple of minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately, while the milkshake is still frothy.

Serves 2
