- 300 ml low–fat milk, chilled
- ¾ cup (185 g) Greek–style yogurt
- juice of 1 large orange
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon wheatgerm
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz for a couple of minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses and enjoy immediately, while the milkshake is still frothy.
